All inquiries related to the Jurnal Teknologi Informasi dan Komunikasi should be submitted via email to fti@universitamandiri.ac.id. It is not permitted to directly contact individuals such as the Editor-in-Chief, Section Editors, and reviewers through SMS/WhatsApp/phone calls. For inquiries regarding articles under review, communication with the editor can be conducted through the web system (OJS) of the Jurnal Teknologi Informasi dan Komunikasi.

What is the deadline for submitting articles?
Articles can be submitted at any time.

Can it be guaranteed that my article will be published after submission?
The acceptance and publication status of an article depends significantly on the review process. The article's acceptance cannot be assured if it has not undergone the review process.

Can the article I submit now be published in the next issue?
The publication of an article depends on the duration of the review process and the queue of accepted articles.

How long is the review process until acceptance in the Journal of Information Technology and Communication?
The review process involves several stages, and the required time varies:
- Initial review stage: 3–7 working days
- Section Editor stage: maximum of 14 working days
- Reviewer stage: minimum of 14 working days
- Decision stage: minimum of 7 working days
- Author's revision stage: depends on the author, maximum of 14 working days
- Post-author revision stage: time depends on the revisions made by the author.

Why, after registering as an author, can I not submit an article?
After registration, authors are initially set as readers. To activate author status, email fti@universitamandiri.ac.id, including the registered username or email, to be set as an author.
